Virtual Registered Seat
 
All companies and branches that plan to undertake their business activities in Slovakia have to dispose of a so-called registered seat.
 
For this purpose, they have to either lease or buy own business premises. However, a lot of subsidiaries and branches do not need to own premises for their undertaking in Slovakia. For instance those which want to minimize the costs for their management and operation. Therefore, our portfolio of services includes the possibility of the establishment of a so-called virtual office. That means the provision of our premises as a contact address for your company. Due to this fact, your company will become a fully accepted entity even without having own premises. Moreover, in the case of any visits/inspections of public authorities or any other third persons the contact with them will be realized under supervision of a lawyer that shall ensure the presentation of an adequate opinion under all circumstances.
 
The only thing you have to do is to execute a simple agreement with us and for the agreed monthly lump sum we will provide you with the following services:

  • establishment and management of a registered seat
  • entrance table with business name
  • receipt and sorting of delivered correspondence (information on delivery or forwarding – upon agreement with the client)

  • establishment and management of a registered seat
  • entrance table with business name
  • receipt and sorting of delivered correspondence (information on delivery or forwarding – upon agreement)
  • own telephone number including receipt of incoming calls under your business name
  • own fax number including receipt and sorting of incoming faxes
  • creation of own e-mail address
